I am SO not ready for the last film. I'm just not. I'm watching the extended versions being played on ABC Family here in the US, and I feel gutted right now. It's a really similar feeling to what I felt almost exactly 4 years ago. I knew then that the last film was a long way away, and it gave me something to cling to. I can't believe this is going to be it. *sniffles*

Everyone is reccing this, but in case you haven't seen it yet, you have to: The entire HP story in comic form. I cried at the end of that too.

I keep meaning to post about this since I am feeling the same way. I cried reading the last book not even so much because of the plot but just because it was over and even though the movies don't compare to the books (how can they, Hollywood still can't beat an imagination) it was still something... This is not the first time that I have been a total sap over something fictional but this might be one of the most extreme. I know I have so many memories related to reading the books- I remember where I read most of them the first time, seeing the movies- with who, where, our various adventures along the way (yes, just going to see the movies turned into an adventure more often than not). Anyway, yup right there with you...

I've never connected to the films much so for my heartbreak lies with the final book. I remember finishing it, and just holding it for sometime, reminiscing over everything.
