I've never remembered the numbers past 3.14, I can balance my check book and figure increases and decreases in knitting. That is enough math in my life.

I am taking a Lace Shawl Knitting Workshop in which we are all making our own version of the Pi Shawl. I will have to forward the link to the ladies in the class.

My Pi Day celebration will be working another round on the shawl. I'm currently at the final section with 576 stitches on the needle. It takes me 45 minutes to work one round of plain knitting. If it's a lace pattern round I can't do it all in one sitting, so I have no idea ow long it takes.

3.14 is a pretty damn good estimation. If you need a better one, your calculator can handle it for you. ;-)

I've never knitted lace. I'm not sure I'd have the patience for it. I tend to like projects I can finish in a week. How long do you think it will take you to finish that one?

Oh, and that is one of my favorite icons!
