Azkatraz programming: Suggestions?

While Portus and Terminus are fresh in everyone's minds, I want to ask for suggestions and advice about next summer's Azkatraz. As you may or may not know, I'm one of the three people chairing formal programming.

To be honest, I had to think long and hard before accepting the position. Over the last few years I've tried to avoid taking on leadership positions in fandom, because frankly, I didn't want to deal with the wank. And I almost said no to Az because of that, but then I realized it was a silly reason to say no. I love this fandom, and I love going to cons, and what would be cooler than to have the chance to help make Az the best con it could possibly be?

So now I'm asking all of YOU to tell me, as one of the chairs of formal programming, what you would love to see in a con? What's important to you? You don't have to restrict yourself to programming, if you have other ideas. I can't promise that all of your suggestions will be acted on, but I can promise that I will take them to the con planning committee and they will be considered. If you have concerns of any kind, feel free to ask about those as well.
