You people are twisted, you know that? *grins* What a summer!
What's the big deal with Draco in a skirt? There are a lot of requests along those lines. If it works for you, great, but... I don't think I get it. It's never Harry in a skirt. Just Draco. *scratches head*
jedirita, I hope someone picks yours! ;-) And I have to admit, I'm thinking about it...

Date: 2005-04-18 03:38 am (UTC)If it really is about humiliation and putting him "in his place", then I find that a bit disturbing. Since when did dressing like a girl become punishment? Isn't that fairly sexist? (Not saying this is what you mean, of course -- just extrapolating.)

Date: 2005-04-18 12:45 pm (UTC)And I don't think the act of dressing like a girl is in and of itself punishment, but rather that if the person who's doing the dressing up finds it to be punishment, then it is. When I think of the way Draco is portrayed in canon, I really can't see him being too thrilled about having to wear women's (and, *gasp*, Muggle women's) clothing, so, yes, for him, it would be a punishment. Someone more laid back probably wouldn't have the same reaction; for example, I can easily see the twins laughing it off and really reveling in the whole thing. Also, if we're talking futurefic, I can see Draco being more relaxed, too, depending on his experiences. So, it's not sexist, though it might be Draco-ist (or Harry-ist, Ron-ist, Neville-ist or any other character that would be overwhelmingly angry and/or embarrassed by a similar situation), which is something I don't feel the need to apologize for, since they're fictional and all.
I hope I don't come off as sounding hostile because I'm glad you asked, but I know how meaning can get muddled online. Really, like all my kinks, there's not an easy explanation of why I find crossdressing hot, unless 'I just do!' counts, but I know that humiliation factor does play into it. :)
