Am not dead, or MIA. I'm actually spending two weeks with my family, during which time I have only sporadic dial-up access! So yeah, I'm roughing it. :-P

Still haven't seen POA, but I've convinced a big group of my family to go with me tomorrow afternoon. It's just as well that I'm not on the internet so much, because I've been trying to avoid spoilers like crazy.

Anyways, if you've wondered why I've been so quiet lately, it's because I've been firmly shut in my little slash/fandom closet for the last week. Thanks to the folks who sent me an email asking if anything was wrong! I appreciate the fact that you notice my absence!

Hello Emma! I beg pardon for the OT. Could you tell me if you uploaded Left My Heart to any archive, like to Skyehawke or FA? It's on many lists and I'd like to give readers a more convenient link than LJ :)

No, not yet. It isn't finished yet, actually! I'm going to rewrite it this summer, and then I'll put it on my webpage and a few other places. I'll post an announcement here and on the usual yahoo groups and LJ communities when I do. I think it's posted as a WIP in a few places already, like PSA, maybe?

Hey dear,

There is a user on AFF getting rather scared because people are comparing there story to your amazing "Left My Heart." They say they haven't read it yet and will stop writing their story if it is truely that similar. I've read yours and theirs and although there are similarities, they are not at all the same story. I was wondering if you would be willing to give it a once over and pacify them with a nod that it's not plagerizing your story? Here's the link if you're interested. I don't know them, but I do like the story and I feel bad that they are panicing!
