I've always thought that a certain number of people just had to get old and die before gay marriage would become just marriage, and nothing more. Maybe we'll be there by the time my son is a teenager. Maybe even here in Texas, it won't be a big deal anymore. :-)

Haha, "standing around being all gay around them." I don't always love Keith Olbermann, but when I do, I really do.

^^ I chuckled at that line. This was a good video, and I'm glad he said it.

I love how clearly he made that particular point, that if you're going to complain that gay marriage exposes kids to "dangerous" situations and that should be the standard for allowing people to marry, the vast majority of people would not qualify to be married.

Oh, Keith...

I have to say I don't agree with everything he says, but when he's on point, he just makes me want to give him a hug and a standing ovation.

I hope he's right, too.

Sadly I can't watch it because I'm outside the States now. :( I didn't always agree with Keith Olbermann, but I did often enough that I usually tuned into his program. I'd heard he's been given a new one on another channel, wish I'd been able to catch an episode or two of it, but oh well, what are you going to do, eh?

I honestly don't know what channel he's on these days, but this clip was all over my FB this morning. :-)

♥ It's all about love ♥

I've seen enough clips of this nature from him that I told myself I need to start watching his show. Sadly, I find that he's moved from MSNBC to Current TV, which my cable provider of course does not offer...

Keith Olbermann is so funny, he cracks me up.

It won't take ten years. And you can quote me on that. We've already passed the tipping point.

Bull Conner on the Selma bridge with his police dogs. He was taking his final stand because he knew he'd already lost the war.

It might even happen before the next presidential election. If not by then, then if Obama gets reelected, it will for sure happen. And if a Republican wins... hell, it will still happen. It's all over but the posturing. I'll bet you anything at all that you want to bet: it won't even take ten years.
