yeah, don't like the buzz cut but I don't really like his free-flowing hair either! I thought it would look all sexy and ya know - "morning after a rough shag" - but instead it just brings out his sharp facial features too much... perhaps he should grow it a bit longer? And is it just me or was the non-gelled hair NOT in the book? I'm re-reading the thing for the 5th time just to make sure!

Actually, I read an interview with Tom recently in which he said that the gelled-back hair look was something he and director Chris Columbus came up with before filming started on the first movie. JKR presumably okayed it, but as far as I know (and I'm no canon expert), there's very little mention of Malfoy's hair in the books.

Okay, I must be the only one to find him horribly disappointing, poor kid. He's un-Draco-ish in the extreme. Draco has fine, "pointed" features; Tom couldn't play aristocratic if you gave him a season ticket for Arsenal in the Royal Box. In the movies, they don't dye his eyebrows blond, which always shocked me. And don't start me on his accent, which is understandable now I've read on his web site that he goes to the local comprehensive. (Draco should have Christian Coulson's accent, while Tom Riddle should have Felton's Estuary vowels - he grew up in a Muggle orphanage, not at Westminster, which unsurprisingly Coulson attended.) Alas, alas, I don't see this Draco being redeemed at all. He's an engagingly healthy little brute. Bleh.

Now don't start me on Dan Radcliffe... *drools*

I'm new to this LiveJournal stuff and don't have a username. But I wanted to tell you how much I am enjoying your story. I just spent the best afternoon all curled up with it and can hardly wait to read more!

Let me just say that Chapter 7 was a clinic in Blowjob 101. No, I think that scene was more of an Honors Blowjob in the pursuit of an Advanced Degree in Oral Sex. Man, woman...that was incredible hot! I am just dying for Harry and Draco to get together. It is killing me that Draco keeps pushing Harry away.
