More H/D recs!

I've got about a dozen tabs open with holiday fics I need to read. Here are a few that I really enjoyed in the last few days. All of these fics blew me away for a variety of reasons, and I am so damn happy that there are still so many talented writers doing such fantastic, creative, and sexy things with my OTP!

All of these are are Harry/Draco, and all are NC-17. Naturally. ;-)

The Waters Know Their Own. An interesting established-relationship fic that is incredibly well-written. It goes in a direction that is unexpected, and it seems to end in a strange place, but that only left me thinking about what we learned about Harry and Draco and their relationship along the way. I'm still thinking about it, actually.

Love Is.... This is dark and gorgeous and brilliant. It's an AU of how the horcrux hunt could have gone, and it just left me breathless. I don't want to say any more, because I don't want to spoil it. Read the warnings, and then read the fic anyway.

The Page Eleven Wars. This is quite easily the hottest fic I've read in years. I think it hits every kink I have, and hits them hard. It even starts with one of my favorite slash tropes, Harry and Draco as QAF-style club boys. It contains the longest sex scene I've ever read, and it's not boring or repetitive in the slightest -- just fucking crazy hot! Nnnnnggh...

Excuses, Excuses. The world-building and magic of this one blew me away, along with the incredibly tight writing. Whoever wrote this is a master of "show, don't tell", and I feel like I need to study this fic for its technique alone. But of course there's beautiful sexual tension between Harry and Draco, and then... Well, I don't want to spoil it! ;-)

Oh god. Love Is... I hooked by the summary, skipped over the warnings and then read with my mouth hanging open for a good portion of the story. I never expected to like something like that, as much as I did!
