In the last two days 17 people have gifted me with a snowflake! I'm surprised and touched, and it brought a huge smile to my face! Is there some gifting fest going on that I missed?

ETA: Seems like this is happening all over my flist. What a sweet start to the holiday season! *snuggles fandom*

Viral snowflakes. :D Someone discovered a glitch in the gift store. They're supposed to be $.99, but were set at $0.00. So people started gifting them - I hit my entire flist and some of my favorite communities! :D

LJ did a code rollback today, though, so I don't think the flakes are free anymore. Alas! But some people got absolute blizzards on their infopages. XD (go sneak a peek at copperbadge's, for example!)

If you read in that thread tho, there was some problems with it, which may have caused the code rollback they just did.

Was in HP fandom before the WoW addiction hit. I saw you give someone else on my flist a snowflake by their grats, and I was like, HEY, she must have been in HP fandom too! :)

Ha ha, oh yes, I was all over fandom. Probably best known for my mapof the fandom, amusingly enough, although I was pretty active in fanfic and fanart. I'm actually dipping my toes back in, over in hump_day_smut (NWS, obviously). Been away for a year but... time to start drawing again. :D

Yeah, HP and I go way back (six or more years now, I think)- WoW and I are coming up on two years. :D It's nice to see some crossover with the two fandoms - I know a few of the IRC gals are old HP fen, too. :D
