emmagrant01It feels a bit like the sky is falling. I start to read some of the comments on all the posts on ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
news and my head hurts -- but reading meta on the topic makes it hurt more. I don't know what the answer is, but it seems pretty clear that the folks at 6A really don't understand fandom at all. And sadly, I'm not sure that any of this makes them want to try.
I have very little fic that would put me into danger of bannination under current guidelines (and I use that term very loosely, seeing as they don't really exist in any usable form), but that doesn't mean this mess doesn't affect me. It does, and it affects all of us. It's starting to look like large segments of fandom will not be welcome on LJ in the near future, and I honestly don't know what I should do about that. It feels too soon to panic in some ways, but then, the people whose LJs were deleted didn't get a warning, did they?
So I'm curious about what other people are doing, which means: Poll.

I'm having trouble using Semagic to cross-post. I don't seem to have a "Post to multiple journals" option like all of the instructions say. I also decided to install eFiction on my site to archive my own fic (since I've been using LJ as an archive) and I canNOT get fics to load. Arrrgh.
