The Gmail Manager extension for Firefox seems to have stopped working for me ever since my last Firefox upgrade. It still keeps track of email in each account, but it no longer goes to the selected account when I click on it. I just checked and there hasn't been an update.
That's my favorite extension, too. :-(
Edit: Yay, fixed! :-D

Date: 2007-03-25 08:01 pm (UTC)i THINK with every update, you have to go thru the motions of right-clicking, selectingthe account, re-putting in the password, and selecting 'remember password'
from there on, the CLICK TO ADD ACCOUNT drops off and the right-click will bring up all the available accounts.
I just had to do this with the last update and now, after going thru that, everything works as is again....
I hope that helps.
Knowing technology, it won't.

Date: 2007-03-25 09:49 pm (UTC)my next advice was just to make you use some mail client like Thunderbird (which i still rec because of it's stellar mail filters and ability to make new mail folders -- and gmail's server really works well with Thunderbird), but it's always good to just be able to use what you're used to.
i dunno why it's this particular update that's causing the problem... like you, i had no problems going from, say 1.5 to 1.5.06 or anything of the sort... even going to 2.0 was seemless... but this latest one...? feh!
the next update is due soon, i gather... let's hope it's not a similar process.
fartin' 'pooters!
