t00bing in San Francisco!

I just returned to the hotel after a lovely afternoon of hanging out with a bunch of Bay Area slashers! There was pir8fancier, swtjemz, zahavah, ataniell93, jamoche, and shudaizi. We had tapas and bubble tea and chatted about everything from slash to... slash. ;-) We strolled through Chinatown and had to stop to take photos of a GIANT wooden penis in a shop window! That pic is going to be made into an icon when I get home.

It was awesome to meet y'all! If you have a night out and all go to The Cafe or SF Asia, have a drink for me, K?

It was a gorgeous sunny day, and I had a little moment of geeky fannish glee when I realized that it was two years ago today that Harry portkeyed to San Francisco and met Draco... again. (In my little fic universe, at least. :-P)

awww.. that sounds like too much fun!!! I think I actuallly drove past your house today.. I was in Austin for a Texas/Texas A&M game and we had to drop off one of the guys with us.. and I could swear I somewhat recognized the area.. anyways.. Glad you got to meet so many people!!!
