Navigation bar thingie

Unlike what seems to be 90% of my flist, I luuurve the LJ navigation bar. It allows me to use my different filters really easily and lets me see if I have someone friended without having to click away from their journal.

And thanks to legomymalfoy posting this code, you can easily customize the colors to match your LJ layout! *is happy*
