This is mine, drawn by Jillian. I love it because I think she's captured Harry and Draco as adults so beautifully. They don't look like kids at all, and it's fantastic.
I own the original of that one! :) The mirror one, Jinn's poetry art, and the Ildi one linked above (and in my icon) are probably my favorites, though I'm also really fond of these by Ildi (and only partly because they were drawn for me and Anj!):
