For anyone who is curious about how the press conference in San Antonio went Saturday, [livejournal.com profile] jedirita has a post about it here.

If you live in Texas, go to http://www.nononsenseinnovember.com/ to sign up as a volunteer and to pledge to vote against prop 2. This isn't just a law, folks -- they're trying to rewrite our state constitution to discriminate against people, FOREVER. We can't let it happen. We just can't.

There will be a vigil at the Capitol on September 29. I'll post more on that when it gets closer.

I can't do much to help, but at least you know that people worldwide support your position on this subject. Just so they know how incredibly weird they're being about this. ^__^0 I really don't understand where they're trying to go with this... *blinks*

Well, forever isn't really forever with the Texas constitution. It's been amended more times than Rick Perry has brown-nosed the Bush administration.

But I'm definately going to the link!!
