This is meant to be another deleted scene from GOF -- uh, yeah, you see they filmed this, but then decided to go with the bridge scene instead because… well, you know. Nice of them to keep the flirty banter in place in the film version, though! ;-)
And lizardspots also drew another Harry/Cedric picture, which I'm thinking might provide the basis for a sequel for this one… *coughs*
