Yes, it's the fourth one that did me in. *sighs* It's jut a classic photographic trick that makes him look older, but... The shirt!!! The thing that really kills me is that this is the exact same shirt Draco dressed Harry in to go clubbing for the first time in "Left My Heart".

Yes, that's true -- a lot of it's in the photography. My sister used to do a little modeling when she was a teenager, and the first time I looked for her picture in an ad she was in, I couldn't find her! She looked so different she had to point herself out to me!

Tom is an interesting one, because he's totally photogenic in the movies and in the promo pics, but he looks so ordinary in every other picture I've seen of him. In a way, that's even more endearing!

The migraine finally broke yesterday, I think -- it's too early for me to tell if I'm actually over it or if yesterday evening was just a fluke. I'm pretty much doing OK, though I really didn't like feeling like I lost five days to a headache! Agh!

Thanks for the pics! Alan Rickman looks a bit old, I have to say. And Rupert looks uncomfortable in most of the pictures, like he'd rather be anywhere else!

And why is it that so many creative types are hit by migraines, anyway? You, me, telesilla, padawanhilary, lunasv, jennandanica, and another dozen people I could name, everybody seems to have issues with headaches. I don't get it!

He is an interesting one...
It depends on how the pictures are taken. If there's a photographer to loosen him up, he's doing great. If he doesn't care about the picture being taken, it turns out beautifully (take a look at pics where he's fishing, for example)... But if he's posing for anyone else (around fans, premieres, etc.), he somehow cramps up and hardly ever dares to really smile.

That's how I began to see it... What do you think?

In Finland we have some "European MTV" so I don't know if they showed the same "episode" of TRL but I taped it for just in case... now I can't wait to go home and see if it was the one with Daniel on it! *Pounces*

Headaches run in my family, for the women, at least. I didn't start getting them until I was in my early twenties. As for creative types getting migraines, that sounds familiar. I think I may have read something about that before. Hmmm.

I finally caught TRL this morning. I'm actually starting to feel a little sorry for Dan! He looks more freaked out about all the attention he's getting every time I see him on something.

I have this fear of book fandoms, really, which is why I never wrote much LotR (I'm always afraid of getting something wrong by movie canon) and why I managed by the skin of my teeth to stay away from Master and Commander. But Troy... I mean, it's not particularly faithful to the Iliad itself, so my AUs aren't gonna be further off (or so I'm telling myself because I want to write more Eric Bana smut).

Ha, and of course HP is the book fandom. And yet for some reason it doesn't scare me, per se, I just don't have a pairing over there, either. I suspect I'm going to get more and more entranced as the kids age, though... and Snape/Lucius Malfoy tends to get my attention. Argh! No! *slaps wrist* Dear Helens: Write something not evil. Love, me.

The head was fine yesterday, but I'm not so sure about today -- woke up feeling awful. I'm hoping it'll get better if I take a nap, though. *kicks things*
