As to why they pushed the movie back, I'm going to guess it's a mix of reasons, everything between wanting a shorter wait between HBP and DH, and what they're saying on the press release (writers strike, etc). I'm a tad unpleased about it, but this (seeing the film with fans for Time #1) will be so much better. :)
Now, to start talking some friends into coming out for the con... hehehehe....
