This is too ridiculous to be true, but it happened in Oklahoma -- so all bets are off.

Oklahoma County Commissioner Brent Rinehart is taking heat for an anti-gay comic book.

It's so stupid that it's sort of funny. And not only does he misspell "pedophile", he doesn't care that he can't spell it. Which explains a lot.

There are some people who are proud to be from Oklahoma, and they love our state. I am not one of those people. Jesus. I couldn't even finish watching that. I think what scares me is that he was elected to an office. I don't even have words for how ignorant people are.

Wow, you would think that he would at least know how to spell pedophile...I mean if you're going to vomit your opinions, at least do it with an understanding of basic spelling.
Also, I've never heard anyone sound so unintellegent while trying to defend blind homophobia. (and homophobia is pretty common in my neck of the woods)

I am aware that in my sub-culture I am very insulated. I'm a Goth, and most of us are pretty open to whomever you care to sleep with. I don't associate with the general public as a rule. So, I truly FORGET sometimes how crazy people are out there.
