1. Two days ago, I dumped a glass of iced tea on the keyboard of my laptop. Why, you ask? Because I am an idiot. I somehow remembered what you're supposed to do in such an event and didn't panic, and left it for two days to dry. I just turned it back on -- and it works!! It seems to be fine. I am SO relieved. :-P I was in the middle of a fic, too.

2. Who Sendspaced me a Spring Awakening file? Thank you, whoever you are!

3. r_becca posted about this today and within minutes of seeing her post MDH emailed me a link to a story about it. The Buffy Singalong concept is really taking off all around the country! There's a web site here with information about a tour that's happening this summer, apparently with the idea that doing it as a special event will get local groups in various cities to start doing it regularly. There's a great video here (after you are forced to watch a Taco Bell commercial) that calls it the next Rocky Horror and includes little clips of Joss, Amber, and Michelle reacting to the idea.

4. There are 23 days left until HBP DH is released. 0_0

4. I'm so excited about it all that I haven't dealt with how final it's going to be. I'm not leaving fandom though! I think half the fun to be had is after Voldemort is gone and they are all grown up. I hope JK leaves us some openings but even if she doesn't I have a tons of flisters that can re-write it for us. :D
