I got the same thing. I think in order to get a higher rating you have to be a prostitute who solicits to sheep. In public. And you must also actively be engaged in bdsm and perhaps rimming while taking the quiz.

I guess it must have been the not cheating on test thing that kept you to an R rating. I never cheated on a test, but I have had a threesome and I still got an R rating.
