Getting here late. Love the fact that they're FINALLY going to connect my internet at home on Saturday.
Pretty much all I have to say has been said already in other people's comments. However, to say them again: 1. The Spike/Xander bondage fun in 'Hush?' Um. Yes. Nummy treat, indeed. :D 2. Willow/Tara - Joss makes some great comments on this in commentary, interviews, and such. When it later becomes obvious that Willow is in love with Tara, there were a lot of unhappy fans. 'How dare you make her gay?' Joss says 'hello? where were you for the past X number of episodes?' (I know the number, but I won't ruin it for you.) He posted a statement online that said something along the lines of 'I know this has upset a lot of you. I realized that the writers and I made a mistake. Therefore, Willow will no longer be Jewish.' Then, of course, Jewish fans wrote it and said 'WHAT? How dare you make Willow not be Jewish?' Heee. No more to say to that. 3. I was thinking the same thing when it came to 'Who Are You?' (The Buffy-Faith Body Switch episode.) I ended up being really, really surprised. Basically it was what I expected, but also ended up being a hell of a lot more than that. I'll say no more. :)
