I'm not going to say too much cause if I start to think of what you said and posting my own thoughts and ideas about these few episodes, I'm going to spoil a whole lot for you, because yes even though S4 is not my favourite season, in fact out of all 7 seasons of Buffy I dislike season four the most, there are still a lot of things that happen that give clues to future episodes and future seasons, even in these first four or so episodes.
So yeah I'm just gonna say YAY for the new update, agree with you on the hotness of David (even though I still prefer him as a Sword Wielding, Convertible Driving Vampire rather then a Gun toting SUV Driving Human) and tell you that I can't wait for the next set of Diaries.
