okay... hypothetical situation... let's pretend there existed a 16 year old boy who really wasn't that fond of reading, but would rather play with his friends, chase girls (or boys), and generally be up to no good.
Would that really be that bad of a thing? We're talking about a 16 year old kid. When I was 16, I much preferred going out with friends and trying to flirt with girls than doing my homework for Brit Lit class. Worse things have happened.
