Fandom anniversary

emmagrant01Approximately three years ago, I posted my first slash fic, The Moonflower Festival, to the Master-Apprentice Yahoo group. That was definitely a milestone in my fandom life, but I'm also coming up on the third anniversary of this LJ. helens78 and made my first post on Christmas day, 2002. My second post was about the feedback I was getting for that fic and contains a comment about how it was pretty obvious what my favorite kink was. *grins*
That was the start of this voyage I still find myself on, and it's been SO much fun! I've met so many wonderful people, people whom I would not have gotten to know otherwise and who have become great friends. Sometime in the last week, this LJ passed 1500 watchers, which is pretty amazing to me. I don't think I'm that interesting! :-P
To celebrate this anniversary, I'm going to re-read that fic -- and try not to cringe too much, heh. If anyone else is interested, here's where you can find it:
