Raising a fanboy

BG loves the movie Rio, and so we spent a half-hour this morning watching Rio fanvids on YouTube. He totally ships Blu/Jewel (of course he does -- he's 3!) and wanted to see the schmoopy romantic ones. We watched one that was supposedly Nico/Jewel, but I really saw a lot of Nico/Pedro subtext in it. Heh.

This one, while not shippy at all, was our favorite. It's incredibly well done!

I'm thinking about looking for Rio fanfic on FFN and reading it to him at bedtime. He would love it!

Ah, this parenting thing can be so much fun. :-D
