What a month!

This was the first time I participated in merry_smutmas, and it was really a blast! I didn't read everything, though (I've honestly tried to read Snarry and it just does nothing for me) but here is a list of the fics I especially enjoyed, for whatever that's worth! ;-) They're in the order they were posted, and this list only covers the first half of December. I'm going to have to finish it later! :-P

I must also mention Comfort and Joy (Harry/Draco/Ron), which was written for me! I still have no idea who the author is! I can't even manage a guess.

And speaking of guessing, I wonder if anyone can guess which fic I wrote? (It isn't listed above.) ;-)

I'm gonna take a punt and suggest that you wrote one of the fabulous Harry/Draco's on the list. If it wasn't Things That Seem (http://etc.slashcity.net/smutmas2004/thingsthatseem.html), then I have absolutely no idea. I have read most of them, but that one was truly my favourite!

I can't wait to find out who did what, and I am hoping and crossing my fingers I get a chance to participate next year (er, this year)!

After I found that comm (I think, after you mentioned it, actually) I became quite addicted to it. Addicted in that "Yay! More short fics that I can finish before running off to do any number of errands/chores" sort of way. Some of the pieces were really well done.

It was fun to read fic by anonymous authors too, with no preconceptions! The quality level was really high, wasn't it?

Yeah, it was nice to read them and not have notion on how the fic would be like based on the author. Also, there were a bunch of pairings that I normally don't read, which was nice.

Wow, you didn't write a Harry/Draco. Okay, I haven't read them all yet. I must admit, as Harry/Draco is my favorite I went through and read all of the Harry/Draco first. Did you happen to write False Start? That one was Neville/Draco and I did read that one and really enjoy it.
