If you listened to the interview with Henry Jenkins on slashcast, you know he talked about writing Scrooge/Marley slash. Last night he posted excerpts of it on his blog here. :-D

"Orbs" is certainly used too often in fic. And globes. There are rarely boobs in the fic I read, so I always get terrible images of two perfectly round asscheeks. Doesn't work for me, not at all.
You're right, though. I even knew some of the authors listed, as I used to read far too much of that crap.
